Welcome to FreshMop – Kerala’s No.1 Deep Cleaning Experts. By booking our services through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or any other channel, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
1. Service Scope
FreshMop provides professional deep cleaning services for residential, commercial, and industrial properties across Kerala.
The exact scope of cleaning will be as per the service package chosen (e.g., home deep cleaning, sofa shampooing, post-construction cleaning).
Any additional requests not covered in the package may be subject to extra charges.
2. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings can be made via our website, WhatsApp, or phone call.
Bookings are confirmed only after a service representative contacts you and verifies details such as property size, location, and preferred time.
Same-day service is subject to availability.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices start from ₹8 per sq. ft. and may vary based on property size, type of service, and level of cleaning required.
Final pricing will be confirmed after the initial assessment by our team.
Payments can be made via cash, UPI, card, or online transfer.
Full payment must be made upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Ensure access to water, electricity, and the property at the scheduled time.
Safely store valuables and fragile items before cleaning begins.
Inform our team in advance about any delicate surfaces, special instructions, or problem areas.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
Last-minute cancellations may incur a service charge of up to 25% of the quoted price.
In case of no-show by the customer, the advance payment (if any) may be forfeited.
6. Service Guarantee & Limitations
FreshMop guarantees high-quality cleaning using safe, professional-grade chemicals and equipment.
While we aim to remove all stains, some permanent or old stains may not be fully removable.
FreshMop is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear & tear, or defects in furniture, flooring, or upholstery.
7. Liability
FreshMop is fully insured; however, liability is limited to direct damages caused by proven negligence of our staff.
We are not responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
8. Health & Safety
All our staff are background-verified and trained in professional cleaning standards.
We use eco-friendly, safe chemicals suitable for homes with children and pets.
9. Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with our service, please report it within 24 hours of completion.
FreshMop may offer a free re-cleaning or partial refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala.
